Meet Your Guide

I am a native of New Jersey, and there’s a saying once a Jersey girl, always a Jersey girl. While this does hold true, I did drop my city roots when I moved to Driggs, Idaho in 2007.  Since then, I have dedicated myself to my own personal journey of profound learning, healing, and growth. I’ve pursued a diverse and enriching path of study with many internationally recognized teachers in their field. You can see all of my certifications below, and my studies are ongoing so that I can continuously serve my clients in the best possible way.

I hold deep gratitude for all of my teachers, mentors, guides, and the sisters who have walked this path with me ~ holding sacred space along the way. This guidance and support enabled me to heal in ways that I never could have imagined. All of this allows me to serve from an authentic and clear place. This means I don’t bring my own “stuff” into the space with you. I am able to weave together love and compassion, hold a non-judgmental space, and serve with the highest intentions.

When I am not studying, teaching, or working, I am outdoors, typically with my husband of 25 years. My astrology has four planets in air and four in water, so it’s critical that I ground myself in nature. We do that by hiking, walking, biking, and kayaking. With my Sun, Mercury, and Venus in Aquarius, I also love adventure and travel to experience new places and try new things.
