Natal Chart Astrology Reading

In this session, we’ll discuss the ten planets in our solar system and what they represent, as well the elements (air, earth, water, and fire) that dominate your birth chart and how you can cultivate more balance.

Benefits: Get a deeper understanding of who you are, including your strengths and hidden talents (aka fall in love with who you are), why life or relationships can seem challenging at times, and your life lessons/purpose per the planets.

Energy Now Astrology Reading

As the current planets transit around your birth chart, the energy can influence your emotions, actions, and attitude. In this session, we’ll explore how transiting planets are influencing you. (Must have had a birth chart reading with me in advance.)

Benefits: Provides greater insight in what’s happening in your life and why and clarity for a better sense of which direction to take in life. It can also help you manage your life, relationship, and energy in the most optimal way.

Intuitive Tarot Reading

The Tarot is a card deck divination tool that helps you gain insight into the past, present, and future. In this session, you’ll focus on a specific question or just stay open to the universe and choose cards. Your energy collaborates with the cards. I serve as an interpreter of the cards based on my intuition and knowledge of card meanings.

Benefits: Provides insights into your innermost truths, the energy around a certain situation, and/or divine guidance if you have specific questions, especially about money, career, relationships, and more.

Sound Healing

This session is done lying down, fully clothed. Based on intuitive guidance, I use a crystal sound bows and other sound tools to help ground and clear your energy for peace, alignment, wellbeing, and a higher vibrational frequency.

Benefits: Sound moves matter. This session helps to move the stagnant and discordant energies out of the body, activates the parasympathetic nervous system, which allows the body and mind to calm relax, and transport you to a place of joy and bliss.

Private Yoga Session

Private yoga sessions provide full attention to your unique body and needs. They are customized to focus on your goals – whether that’s working on a specific area of your body, for balance, or to build confidence with understanding the basics for public classes because private yoga can be a safer environment for those just starting out.

Benefits: Personalized approach and individualized attention. Flexibility in scheduling.  Progress at your own pace. Helps to improve strength, balance, flexibility, as well as provide mental clarity, emotional stability, and reduce stress.

Crystal Healing

This session is done lying down, fully clothed. Based on intuitive guidance, crystals of mother earth are placed around you and on you. Then crystals bowls are played with a clear intention. May include a short, guided meditation.

Benefits: Clears your primary energy centers (called Chakras), opens blockages in your energy field (called Auras) and increases your vibrational frequency; helps alleviate anxiety and stress; makes you feel relaxed and at peace.

Reiki Healing

Reiki is a practice that came from Japan to the U.S in the late 1930s. This session is done lying down, fully clothed. After a brief discussion about what you’re feeling and through my own clairsentient intuitive assessment, I use my hands with a light touch or no touch to generate the Usui/Holy Fire method of Reiki.

Benefits: Reiki energy allows muscles to relax, helps energetic channels release, and open energy blocks. It increases the blood flow to allow for smoother flows of energy to help with stress, headaches, insomnia and promote psychological healing by helping to release anger, fear, worry, sadness, and other unhealthy feelings.

Private Elemental Retreat

Come retreat at Harmony House, nestled in the picturesque Teton Mountains and connect with nature and the elements through movement, meditation, breathwork, ritual, and adventures in Grand Teton National Park and Yellowstone. Includes accommodations, five days of activities and all meals. Excludes air travel and airport transfer. Two additional nights (seven nights total) are included in the price for arrival and/or those who want to extend their stay to explore the area. Additional nights available for an additional cost.
