Join me under the New Moon each month for an evening of reflection, intention-setting, and meaningful connection. The potent lunar energy invites fresh ideas, curiosity, and new beginnings. Together, we'll gather in circle, explore the themes of the new moon, and plant the seeds of our intention through song, creative activity, and supported community.
Sound Healing
Discover the soothing power of sound at my Sound Healing Session! After some gentle movement and guided meditation, immerse yourself in therapeutic vibrations from crystal bowls, chimes, and gentle instruments designed to harmonize mind, body, and spirit. Whether you're seeking relaxation or deeper emotional release, join me for a transformative experience that will leave you feeling refreshed and balanced.
